Villa Rubika is a luxury villa with private pool located just 400 meters from the center in Dalyan region. With a large pool measuring 10m x 5m and a large lush garden area, our villa is quite remarkable.

Dalyan has a special nature where blue and green are intertwined. The world famous Iztuzu beach, which makes this region the most unique, is over 5 km long and is also the breeding and living area of caretta caretta turtles. The distance between Iztuzu beach and Dalyan is 13 kilometers and transportation is provided by boat, minibus or car departing from the center.

Dalyan, lush green forests, clean and clear blue sea, you can have a pleasant time with untouched nature.

The closest beach to our villa is Iztuzu beach.

Important Note: The pool is closed for use between January - March 17 and November - December.
