Villa Figaro K is a truly unique vacation home located in Yeşilüzümlü, Fethiye, where construction was completed in May 2025. Thanks to the activities available on-site and its heated pool, you can look forward to a vacation that’s both fun and relaxing. Our villa is situated right next to Villa Othello K, which features the exact same architectural design. If space permits, large groups can rent both villas at the same time.

Villa Figaro K is located in Yeşilüzümlü; as a result, it enjoys a much cooler climate than the city center and offers plenty of fresh air thanks to the lush green trees surrounding it. Thanks to its hillside location, it offers a very wide, panoramic view of lush green nature, especially from the upper floors. We recommend traveling by car for your vacation.

Our home features a covered parking area for two cars, and there are approximately 40 steps leading up to the entrance. Our villa consists of two buildings.

The level below the ground floor features an entertainment area, a heated indoor pool, and a Turkish bath-style bathroom. The entertainment area includes a table tennis table, a pool table, foosball, darts, a cinema corner with a projector, and a pull-up bar with a bench.

The outdoor pool measures 9 m x 4 m, with a depth of 1.45 m. The heated indoor pool measures 12 m. x 2 m., with a depth of 1 m.

Important Note: Our villa is equipped with an underfloor heating system. Upon request, this system can be activated in conjunction with the pool heating. Underfloor heating and pool heating services are subject to an additional fee. In accordance with regulations, the heated pool is maintained at a temperature of 26–28 degrees. Temperatures higher than this are not recommended for health reasons, as they can impair the effectiveness of chlorine.

The closest place to swim is Çalış Beach.

Note 2: Villa Othello and Villa Figaro , with a capacity of 9 people, are suitable for large families. Reservations for these villas are accepted between June 1 and September 30.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in natural settings, are regularly cleaned and treated for insects and pests. In our homes located in natural settings, the likelihood of encountering insects, etc., is higher than in villas located in the city center. This note applies to all homes located in natural settings, not just this specific property.

Outside of the summer months, there may be new villa construction in the area. For this reason, noise in the vicinity is likely. This note is not specific to this property; it applies to all properties that are operational during the winter.
