Our villa is located in the village of Yeşilüzümlü in Fethiye. The area, approximately 20-25 km from the center of Fethiye, is situated in a quiet, peaceful, and oxygen-rich setting. The Kuzu Göbeği Festival, held annually at the start of spring, features fun and colorful events.

Underfloor heating in our villa can be activated upon request for a daily fee of 1,000 TL.

The indoor pool measures 2.40 m x 4.80 m, with a depth of 1.10 m.

The nearest beach is Çalış Beach.

The children’s pool measures 1.5 x 1.5 m, with a depth of 60 cm.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The area where our villa is located is part of Fethiye’s rural neighborhood zones. Agricultural activities and small livestock may be present in the immediate vicinity of the villa.

In our homes located in natural settings, the likelihood of encountering insects, etc., is higher compared to villas in central locations.
