Villa Esen is a villa with private pool located in Kalkan Kışla area. Ideal for crowded groups of friends and families, our villa is designed for the comfort of our guests. You can sunbathe on the large pool terrace and have a pleasant time. Our villa has a magnificent view.

There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms in our villa. There are double beds in four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. There is a shared bathroom with jacuzzi and a bathroom with shower on the terrace. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the common area. There is a kitchen on the ground floor and a living room one floor above.

Table tennis where you can have a pleasant time is not forgotten for you.

Important note : The villa pool is not active between November 1, 2023 - April 1, 2024.

Note : There are two high chairs and baby beds in our villa.

Note 1: For stays over 8 people, an extra 500,-TL per person per day is requested for children and adults.

Note 3: The Damage Deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after the day of departure.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly cleaned and sprayed for insects and pests. In our houses located in nature, insects etc. are more likely to appear than villas located in the center. This note is not written about this house, but in the information of all houses located in nature.

There may be new villa constructions in the regions outside the summer months. For this reason there is likely to be noise around. This note is not specific to this house, it is found in all houses that are active in winter.
