About the house
Villa Mutluhan 1 is our modern villa with a fully enclosed pool, located in the Üzümlü area of Kalkan. With a capacity of 6 guests, our villa is ideal for large families. Nestled in nature, our villa offers the perfect setting to spend quality time with your family—you’ll wish your vacation would never end. With its private pool and hot tub, our villa provides the perfect opportunity to wash away the fatigue of the entire year.
Our villa, situated in the Üzümlü area of Kalkan, is located a short distance above sea level. One of the most notable features of the Üzümlü region is that it remains cooler than the center of Kalkan even on hot summer evenings. Thanks to the Üzümlü region’s elevated location, you’ll be able to enjoy the fresh air and breathtaking natural scenery, and have the chance to listen to the birds chirping and the unique sounds of nature. A wonderful vacation away from the noise and crowds of the city awaits you.
The nearest beach is Kalkan Public Beach.
Indoor pool dimensions: 3.5 m x 5 m, with a depth of 1.2 m.
Important Note: The damage deposit for our villa will be refunded one day after check-out.
Note: Our villa’s pool features a saltwater system.
Note: Our villa also has a Turkish bath; for guests who prefer a heated bath and hot stone treatment, the daily fee is 750 TL.
Additionally, it is located right next to Villa Mutluhan 2, which belongs to the same owner. If both are available, they can be rented together.
General note: All of our villas, which are located in natural settings, are regularly cleaned and treated for insects and pests. In our homes located in natural settings, the likelihood of encountering insects and pests is higher compared to villas located in the city center. This note is included in the descriptions of all homes located in natural settings, not just this one.
Outside of the summer months, there may be new villa construction in the area. For this reason, noise in the vicinity is likely. This note is not specific to this home; it applies to all homes that are operational during the winter.

- The cost of water is included in the price.
- The cost of electricity is included in the price.
- The short stay fee is added when the stay duration is shorter than the period that includes cleaning.
- Ücretli ısıtmalı iç havuz, Heated inner pool is not included in the price. It is charged at 2.000 ₺ per day. Notification must be given to the owner 3 days in advance for heating to be used.
- 10.000 ₺ The damage deposit fee you will pay upon check-in is not included in the price.
